Created during my training, Ulrike began as a shared workshop project in surface and machine courses, where we could take our pieces home to complete and refine them. The stool follows a given design and was built collectively from ash and beech, focusing on clean joinery and accurate shaping. The inlay is my own addition—an abstract composition made from a mix of different veneers, bringing a personal layer of color, rhythm, and detail to the classic form.
